We are looking for a Staff Right of Way Specialist to join our team and play a vital part in supporting project development through land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret real estate agreements including easements, deeds, leases, permits, and licenses.
- Conduct property research, gather land records, and interpret title documentation and surveys.
- Enter, track, and audit land and stakeholder data in our project database.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare permit applications and status reports for internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate with construction teams and assist in site restoration efforts.
- Support subcontractor oversight, including contract reviews and invoice validation.
- Attend public engagement events and contribute to community relations efforts.
- Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and setting key milestones for right of way activities.
- Maintain full compliance with project safety and documentation standards.
- Perform additional project-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 4+ years of relevant Right of Way or real estate experience.
- (Alternative experience paths: HS diploma + 8 yrs, or Associate degree + 6 yrs)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting property titles, appraisals, and surveys.
- Strong understanding of general real estate law and title documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); database experience preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Preferred: SR/WA or other IRWA certifications; Real Estate Broker or Sales License.
