Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: $330,000 base salary with potential for increases.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 upfront, plus an additional $30,000 upon partnership eligibility.

Qualifications:
  • Degree: MD/DO in Rheumatology.
  • Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
  • Licensure: Eligible for Iowa medical licensure.
