We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team for late (13:00 - 19:00) shifts within a respected and well-established NHS Trust in South Wales. This opportunity is ideal for nurses passionate about delivering exceptional care in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with individual care plans.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and wellbeing.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor, assess, and record patient observations, escalating concerns when necessary.

Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all service users.

Adhere to all clinical governance, safeguarding, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:

NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) is essential.

NHS experience is mandatory please do not apply without prior NHS work history.

Ability to consistently work late shifts (13:00 - 19:00).

Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.

Strong communication, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills.

A professional, calm, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Valid DBS on the update service.
