Job Title: RF Systems Engineer
Location: Hybrid (On-site 2-3 days per week, schedule TBD)

We are seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer with a strong background in RF and microwave systems design, development, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting measurement and control software for antenna and radar cross-section (RCS) measurements. Additional responsibilities include post-processing data and running radar simulations. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test RF and microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, and products, including antenna design, frequency synthesizers, transmitters, and receivers.
Participate in circuit simulation, schematic capture, board layout, and system-level architecture design.
Conduct RF circuit and subsystem simulation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Develop test plans and procedures for RF subsystems, ensuring compliance with EMC, safety, manufacturability, and thermal design requirements.
Perform computational electromagnetic simulations using FEKO and HFSS for antenna and RCS analysis.
Utilize MATLAB for data analysis and visualization.
Write software to control anechoic chamber positioning systems, RF transmit and receive systems.
Use Delphi software to control positioning system network analyzers and gather antenna and RCS measurement data.
Apply background subtraction techniques and range gating in RCS measurements. Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of hands-on experience with RF and digital RCS and antenna measurement systems.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in MATLAB.
Proficiency in programming languages: Pascal, C , MATLAB, and Delphi.
Extensive experience with modeling software, including HFSS, Cicero, and Xpatch.
Strong understanding of RCS measurements, pulsed operation, and radar simulations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Security Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance (or higher) is required at the time of application. Candidates without clearance will not be considered. Work Environment:
Hybrid role: Candidates must be available to work on-site 2-3 days per week, with flexibility depending on project needs. Must be local at the start of the assignment. Interview Process:
