Role Overview: We are seeking a Jr. RevOps Consultant with a foundational understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot and a passion for RevOps, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations.
This role is ideal for anyone who wants to apply their technical and analytical skills in the fast-paced world of SaaS and B2B operations. You'll become specialists in Salesforce and HubSpot and work with platforms like Slack, Jira, Outreach, and Gong to streamline workflows, support data-driven decisions, and drive both operational efficiency and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize : Spearhead operational improvements, optimizing go-to-market strategies and business initiatives to support partner growth.
• Communicate : Work closely with clients to assess their needs and translate them into actionable, results-driven solutions.
• Improve : Perform data analysis and workflow mapping to identify revenue-enhancing opportunities and operational improvements.
• Empower : Support clients in executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Lead : Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive organizational change and oversee critical project milestones.
What We're Looking For:Must-haves
• Experience or strong interest in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or a related professional services delivery role.
• Willing to work towards earning Salesforce "Certified Administrator" certification and additional HubSpot certifications.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B environments.
• Strategic, solutions-first mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and prioritize effectively.
Nice-to-haves
• Basic familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce, with a willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations, driving decisions, and engaging effectively with both team members and clients.
• Team-oriented approach with the initiative to independently manage and lead projects.
