As a Revit Technician on our Telecom Team, you will play a key role in our design and documentation processes for data centers and telecom co-location facilities. You will utilize Revit to produce high-quality Building Information Models (BIM). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams. An understanding of data center layout and design is desirable, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for various data center and telecom projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards and guidelines Prepare and manage construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using Revit BIM Management: Assist in the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards with the project team Coordination: Coordinate with technical lead and QA/QC team to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts within the model, including clashes between different building systems You bring to the team: Strong communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task. Ability to contribute and work well on a team. Qualifications: Associate's/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Certification in Revit or other relevant BIM software preferred but not required General knowledge in Telecom/Data Center ISP construction methods and best practices 3+ years of CAD/BIM/NAVISWORKS experience, with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD considered a plus Olsson is a nationally recognized, employee-owned firm specializing in planning and design, engineering, field services, environmental, and technology.
