As the Revenue Trainer focused on training and enablement, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our Customer Success and Sales teams. Your role is pivotal in supporting ramping team members through direct coaching, shadowing, and performance assessments, ensuring they reach their targets effectively.

In collaboration with Revenue Leadership, you will ensure that all training initiatives align with our business objectives and address emerging needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives that include a vertical-specific training program and an engaging New Hire Orientation designed to empower new hires
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, boot camps, and learning sessions to promote continuous skill development while fostering team collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Marketing to keep enablement tools and resources current and effective,
  • Develop a strategic roadmap that identifies and bridges any content or process gaps.

Requirements:
  • 3 + years of training and development within a revenue organization or other relevant role
  • Able to work in our downtown Chicago office Tuesday - Thursday
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or other enablement tools preferred
  • Excellence in communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to build trust with and motivate others
  • Passion for helping others, driving sales results, and providing exceptional value
  • Experience with Cross-Departmental collaboration
  • Flexible mindset and the desire to grow within a rapidly scaling organization

This is a 12-month contractor position with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The salary range for this position is $35-$40/hour, depending on experience.
