Job Title: Revenue Operations & Billing Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Based in American Fork, UT

Pay Range: $78,000K - $84,000K DOE
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations & Billing Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer billing, revenue recognition, and supporting the operations and strategy that drive revenue growth across multiple business lines. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations teams to streamline billing processes and improve reporting.

This is a hybrid role based in American Fork, Utah, with in-office presence required 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and review monthly invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Analyze contracts to assess revenue implications in accordance with ASC 606
  • Manage billing for professional services, implementations, and 3rd-party transactions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations on deal structure, billing setup, and process improvements
  • Lead or support month-end close activities related to revenue and billing
  • Maintain and improve internal controls for billing and credit memo processes
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Collections to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track billing metrics and KPIs
  • Assist with ERP and CRM system integration for new product and business lines
  • Contribute to finance projects and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and security protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing operations
  • Proficiency with Sage Intacct, Microsoft Excel, and
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and system implementations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and GAAP
  • Experience working independently in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Background in revenue operations or experience in a SaaS or multi-product business
