Revenue Cycle ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our healthcare client who is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager. This position will be 100% onsite in the Central Phoenix area and will be a direct hire opportunity.
Our client is seeking someone who has expert knowledge in the revenue cycle and can assist in streamlining revenue cycle processes in addition to building the RC team. This individual will also be overseeing a team and will focus on developing and growing five employees and growing headcount as employees are developed and the team continues to grow.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years revenue cycle management experience
- Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Clearinghouses
Skills- Proven leadership and ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgement calls
- Can meet revenue reimbursement goals as outlined by leadership team
- Ability to work well with a wide array of individuals from C-Suite to patients
Benefits include PTO, 401K, and Health Insurance.Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
