The Revenue Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing the full lifecycle of revenue contracts. This position is responsible for managing contract documentation, ensuring accurate data entry into ERP and terminal systems, and leading the transition to a new contract management system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to support both Commercial and Finance teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with year-end audit support when required.
- Maintain and organize all revenue contract documents and amendments in SharePoint.
- Accurately record contract terms (fixed, usage-based, chargebacks) in the Workday Contracts Module (WDCM).
- Manage contract timelines and proactively notify stakeholders of key dates.
- Calculate CPI increases for renewing contracts and preparing customer support documentation.
- Create and maintain billing and revenue schedules in Workday.
- Ensure accurate integration of contract data with terminal systems.
- Update Adaptive Planning revenue sheets to reflect pricing and term changes.
- Support credit and collections processes as needed.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and documentation.
- Lead or support the implementation of a new contract management system.

- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in contract management or revenue operations will be considered
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing revenue contracts in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage processes from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position involves standing/bending/stooping/walking for approximately 90% of the workday. Occasionally the employee is required to lift or exert force of more than 50 pounds.
