LHH is excited to partner with a mid-size organization to fill a Revenue Accounting Manager position.

Responsibilitis:
- Prepare and review monthly revenue entries, posting upon approval
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with revenue cycle and clinical operations teams to analyze data and prepare reports
- Review and verify revenue records, accounts receivable, and liabilities, reporting any discrepancies
- Prepare general ledger and bank account reconciliations
- Analyze financial reports and records, recommending appropriate financial transactions
- Prepare schedules and documentation for external auditors
- Assist in preparing financial and operating reports
- Interpret and communicate financial reports to managers
- Document and support various accounting projects
- Support the Controller and Finance team in analyzing business segments to identify actions that increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance efficiencies
- Assist in maintaining the 13-week cash flow model and forecast by analyzing trends in payables, receipts, and general ledger activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Healthcare revenue experience required
- Financial reporting experience required
