In this role, you will provide prompt customer support to clients, participants, internal resources, and third parties across multiple offices and virtual work environments through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will answer questions regarding retirement plan provisions, benefit calculations, and payment elections, explaining basic retirement plan concepts to pension plan participants. In addition, you will handle back-office plan administration and processing duties such as reviewing participants' elections. This is a full-time, permanent, non-exempt position located in Jacksonville, FL, or Irving, TX.

Must Haves
- 1+ years of work experience in a contact or call center (strong preference for retirement call center experience)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and network drives
- Stellar communication, customer service, and empathy skills; able to go "off script" to support clients' needs
- High quality standards and strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-To-Haves
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with a penchant for math
- Associate or bachelor's degree in related field
