Title: Retirement Plan Administrator Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 Location: Remote We're looking for a skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to join our team. This is a fully remote position focused on the day-to-day administration of retirement plans, managing an assigned caseload. While this role doesn't interface directly with clients or include management duties, it plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain retirement plans in compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Perform and review compliance testing (e.g., Non-Discrimination, Coverage, Top Heavy). Reconcile contributions, assets, and loans; prepare annual valuation reports. Handle asset allocations for pooled profit-sharing plans and prepare required forms (5500, 8955-SSA). Calculate excess contributions and manage administrative tracking.
