You'll work cross-functionally, leveraging data-driven insights to shape the future of our program and make a real difference in the lives of our members.
What You'll Do:
- Innovate: Design and execute cutting-edge loyalty strategies that exceed CMS standards.
- Transform: Translate visionary concepts into tangible results, driving process improvements and tech enhancements.
- Connect: Develop personalized events and multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our members.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use data to refine strategies and deliver compelling presentations to leadership.
- Lead: Drive program operations, ensuring seamless execution and team alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in User Experience, Business Strategy, Social Sciences
- 4+ years of Experience design or Service Design or Human Centered Design
- 2+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
- 2+ years of Business case creation and ROI Analysis experience
- 3+ years of Ability to navigate the gray and build a clear path forward is a required skill
