Hey Frankie, an e-commerce marketing agency (that loves to win.), is looking for an energetic and well-organized Retention Marketing Manager to join the team.
This position is charged with leading all things retention marketing with a heavy emphasis on email. The right candidate must be highly familiar with Klaviyo and the e-commerce strategies that drive success.
Essential Functions:
- Develop strategies and tactics that help exceed the client's email marketing goals.
- Lead client analytics reporting for retention platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends to keep clients at the forefront of email marketing.
- Build and manage email automation to achieve client goals and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement.
- Establish testing best practices as well as the implementation and review process.
- Ensure deadlines are met and that email campaigns are properly approved and scheduled in advance.
- Utilize a strict filter to help clients determine what email and SMS content to send and when to send it.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Track record of creating and deploying test experiments to increase revenue.
- Knowledge of marketing automation strategy, including previous experience building decision trees and customer journey mapping for acquisition and retention efforts.
- Understanding of list segmentation and constant curiosity for how segmentation can be improved.
- Multi-tasking is your best friend, and you're great at collaborating with others.
- Excellent team and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills to create and present information internally and externally.
