We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client where they will train you as a Sales Designer. This multifaceted role involves designing bespoke solutions, managing sales processes, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
With this role we are looking for candidates that have a passion for delivering the best experience to customers, someone that enjoys project work and has the ability to efficiently multitask.
Sales Designer - Annual Salary: Circa 28k+ basic with OTE of £50,000-70,000+

- Working Hours: 5 days over Monday - Saturday 9-5pm
Day-to-day of the role:
- Design: Create innovative and functional designs tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Sales: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice to drive sales.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage bathroom installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Administration: Handle necessary paperwork, including quotes, invoices, and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in either bathroom design, retail sales, car sales, furniture sales or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is a plus but this can be trained.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
- Driving License essential for completing measures.
