Job Description

General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Select, train, assign and communicate job expectations to direct reports
  • Provide feedback to associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of the work environment
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized warehouse
  • Oversee the entire inventory life cycle; including but not limited to processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise and restocking merchandise
  • Support team store; ensure store orders are pulled within given timeline
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
  • Lead planning, organizing, and monitoring of the store goods flow process
  • Accounts for the logistics capacity in the location including space, equipment and people
  • Optimizes the total supply chain costs by monitoring and providing input to business partners
  • Contributes to environmental, health, and safety performance in location
  • Moves inventory to and from warehouse and coordinates inventory transfers with related locations
  • Delivers supplies and equipment locations by receiving and transferring items.
  • Maintains inventory by conducting physical cycle counts, reconciles variances, and inputs data.
  • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs
  • Contributes to environmental, health, and safety performance of location; ensures OSHA compliance
  • Support onsite / in-venue operation during events as needed
Education, Experience and Requirements
  • 2 years of warehouse and/or logistics experience required
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Proven ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
  • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
  • Maintain a clean & safe environment
  • Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be required
  • Forklift certification per OSHA standard is a plus

Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to sit stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed
  • Game Day scheduling may have exposure to various weather elements (rainy, windy, cold, high temperatures, etc.) if assigned location is outside of the shop
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
