Key Responsibilities: Support Store Operations and Sales:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, ensuring a fantastic shopping experience for all clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative strategies to enhance store sales and profitability.
- Help track and analyze key metrics related to sales performance and overall operations.
Lead and Develop Your Team:
- Guide, coach, and motivate team members to not only meet but exceed sales goals.

Enhance Client Satisfaction:

Qualifications/Experience Required: - Demonstrated success in a retail leadership role.
- A minimum of 3-5 years managing within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and a sound business understanding.
- Exceptional client management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify, attract, and inspire talented employees.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate retail hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to restock shelves, and stand/walk the sales floor throughout your shift in a fragrance-filled environment.
