Position Summary: The Retail Systems Coordinator is responsible for operational support of coreSTORE, coreFORCE, Oracle EBS, and all compliance applications used at the SIG Experience Center. This position is responsible for analyzing and resolving system and data issues, managing system enhancement projects, creating and maintaining operational policies and work standards and providing technical assistance and training. The Retail Systems Coordinator will collaborate with SEC management, SEC staff, SIG finance, SIG IT and Coreware to develop enhancements and determine the root cause of reported problems to implement functional, technical, and training resolutions to minimize reoccurrences, all of which ultimately result in the successful operation of the SIG Experience Center.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support retail applications (coreSTORE, coreFORCE, Oracle, compliance systems) and provide technical assistance to management and staff during daily operations.
- Investigate and correct sales order failures between Coreware and Oracle, drop ship failures, and any Oracle transaction interface errors for serialized items.
- Monitor serialized transactions between coreSTORE, Oracle and Orchid checking for system issues, export errors, API errors and mistaken or improperly completed transactions to implement corrective actions in coordination with IT and compliance.
- Manage all retail system user accounts including permission levels and correction of reported issues.
- Coordinate with finance and SEC management in investigating and correcting financial discrepancies caused by sales transactions. Release any holds on Oracle orders causing invoice holds.
- Manage Coreware support in conjunction with IT. Responsible for interpreting, reviewing, testing, and documenting all system issues and reporting findings in Coreware support software. Must maintain constant communication with Coreware though support software and weekly meetings to discuss progress and by providing any additionally requested details. All changes must be thoroughly tested in Dev environment and findings must be documented and reported until issues are resolved. Coordinate with Coreware and IT to implement changes.
- Interpret system enhancement requests to envision complete functionality between coreSTORE, coreFORCE and Oracle and translate into functional specification documents to provide to Coreware to create statements of work. See projects to completion through meetings to review specs/changes and by testing and reporting on all changes in Dev environment. Coordinate with Coreware and IT to implement changes.
- Monitor Coreware systems to verify adherence to protocols and work instructions and to identify any potential issues or improvement opportunities within all coreSTORE modules and system settings as well as coreFUSION (connection between coreSTORE and coreFORCE) items such as customer account creation, gift card API, range reservations/maintenance and memberships/subscriptions.
- Conduct quarterly/triannual full system update to Coreware systems in conjunction with Coreware team and SIG IT.
- Create and maintain system policy and work standards documents and train SEC management and staff to support building a strong team. Responsible for final documentation of entire SEC Standards of Work.
- Abide by all ATF regulations/compliance policies and procedures.
- Keep direct and open communication between management and the SEC staff.

Education/Experience & Skills: - Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience in retail systems analysis.
- Minimum 5 years firearm retail and compliance experience.
- Ability to provide clear and executable direction and instruction with minimal oversite.
- Experience troubleshooting issues with Coreware and Oracle EBS.
- Strong organization, problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Ability to understand/interpret functional requirements and translate to technical specifications
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required high level of customer focus and support required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills and Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working Conditions: - Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to be on feet for full 8-hour shift.
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
- Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
