Qualifications & Experience

About the Role

As our Retail Supervisor , you'll be a front-line leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Retail Team. From maintaining safety standards to ensuring every guest walks away with a smile, you'll guide the team with energy, integrity, and a hands-on leadership style.

This role also includes Duty Manager shifts across all attraction departments - offering variety and great exposure.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead by example on the retail floor, inspiring your team with a positive, guest-first attitude

Coach and develop the Retail Team to consistently deliver outstanding service

Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts

Ensure high standards in cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising

Collaborate with the Retail Manager on scheduling, labor budgeting, and inventory control

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy

Oversee daily operations and KPIs, reporting key performance metrics

Participate in ordering, restocking, and managing incentive programs

Encourage teamwork, creativity, and ownership within your team

What You'll Bring

️ High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

️ Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or attraction environments

️ A proven track record of team leadership, customer service, and driving results

️ Strong communication, people skills, and the ability to motivate others

️ A solutions-focused mindset with a high level of accountability

️ Comfort working with point-of-sale and inventory systems

Other Important Bits

Must be flexible with scheduling - including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions

Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the attraction for extended periods

Willing and able to serve as Duty Manager during assigned shifts
