We are seeking motivated individuals with at least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the thrift industry. Successful candidates will be confident, reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Oversee management and direction of team members and supervisors in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met with a positive attitude.
- Act as a representative of the company within the community.
- Ensure company records are maintained in compliance with company policies.
- Meet OSHA standards and comply with EEOC and DOT regulations.
- Manage a team of 30-40 individuals effectively.
- Manage financial assets to achieve monthly sales and expense budget goals.
- Address any performance issues promptly and professionally, focusing on solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience (thrift experience is a plus).
- Ability to think and act like an owner in the retail environment.
- Strong skills in prioritization, meeting deadlines, and multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence and make decisions effectively.
- Adept at identifying problems and recommending practical solutions.
