As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire retail store operations. You will be pivotal in establishing the customer centric environment and be responsible for all operations and team members. This role will also schedule employees, maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, maintain store appearance, and complete day-to-day paperwork as directed, focusing on creating a work environment that supports and brings our brand to life and welcomes our customers to our home.

Your Responsibilities: - Interact and build relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
- People champion through effective recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and learning and development
- Create staff schedules and monitor closely to manage payroll costs.
- Ensure operating standards and procedures, including store opening/closing, are executed safely, properly, and securely and effectively address customer demand
- Promote daily/weekly/monthly specials in store and in the forecourt.
- Maintain the highest level of store and forecourt cleanliness and safety for customers and staff
- Big focus on food service; increasing sales, monitoring service standards, safety and quality
- Keep store, interior and exterior, along with forecourt, refreshed and attractive through effective merchandising and organization
Your Skills:

Your Experience: - Previous work experience in the hospitality or retail industry
- Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Willingness to identify business improvement opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
