Your Role as a Store Manager:

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the complete operation of a single store. This involves hiring, managing, and guiding associates to achieve financial objectives while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership is key to making your store thrive.

Rest assured, we provide a comprehensive training program lasting 8 weeks or more to set you up for success.

What We Seek:
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Willingness to work in a store located within a 50-mile radius
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Must hold Food Safety certification, such as Serve Safe
Physical Demands:

While performing your duties, you will work in a kitchen environment that is often hot with steam and food vapors. You should be prepared to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
