Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join our Marine Layer team as a Store Manager. You will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for driving business success within your store. Alongside your Area and District Managers, you will execute our sales strategy, ensure the team is fully staffed with top talent, maintain operational excellence, and present our brand with pride in the local market.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to partner with corporate HQ and leadership on new initiatives and act as a vital liaison for your team. If you thrive in a fun and dynamic environment and are excited about embracing change, we'd love to have you on board.

Scope

To embody our 7-day weekend vibes, we seek a Store Manager who excels in the following areas:
  • Customer + Brand Experience: You will inspire your team to create genuine customer experiences that leave our customers thrilled about our brand.
  • People Development: Engage with every team member, providing them with constructive feedback to encourage professional growth and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Leadership: Be a motivating force for your team, fostering happiness and engagement, and actively participating in recruiting, hiring, and promoting talent.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure our products are displayed attractively to maximize sales through keen visual standards and thoughtful monthly merchandising strategies.
  • Operations: Maintain operational excellence through effective scheduling, payroll, and delegation of day-to-day tasks to ensure a seamless store experience.
Qualifications

An Authentic Brand Advocate: We want you to be a fan of our brand; understanding and relating to our laidback lifestyle is essential.

Success in a Retail Leadership Role: Your leadership skills and positive attitude are key-prior experience size is not a factor.
