Job Title: Store Manager
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite, in store)
Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (Depending on experience)

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the store's overall performance, including operational execution, talent development, visual merchandising, and delivering an excellent customer experience. - Adaptability and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand or walk for at least six hours per shift.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Mobile POS systems, inventory management tools, and other retail technology.
