Your Role as a Retail Store Manager:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial goals while ensuring stellar guest experiences. Your success is our priority, and we will equip you with at least 8 weeks of leadership training for a seamless transition into this role.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety certification (Serve Safe certification required)
Physical and Workplace Considerations:

This role may require standing for long periods, working in hot environments, or lifting up to 50 pounds. Additionally, effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Pay Range: $28 per hour - $39.20 per hour. Individual pay is determined by various factors, including location and experience.
