Your Role as a Retail Store Manager: As the Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial goals while ensuring stellar guest experiences. Your success is our priority, and we will equip you with at least 8 weeks of leadership training for a seamless transition into this role.

- Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety certification (Serve Safe certification required)
