A well-established high-end retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and cultivate a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong retail management experience and a passion for customer engagement.

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $60,000 + commission

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the Assistant Manager and store team by coaching, developing, and holding them accountable to sales and productivity goals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to optimize productivity, strengthen the team, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and adherence to FCB Store Standards.
  • Utilize historical, current, and future data for proactive business planning to drive store and companywide success.
  • Act as a liaison between store teams and leadership, collaborating with Buying, Marketing, and Operations to provide feedback and drive business impact.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance community outreach, build local markets, and increase brand awareness.
  • Serve as an ambassador and coach for FCB's sales training program.
  • Train and mentor Assistant Store Managers under a succession planning model to strengthen leadership development.
  • Foster a positive team culture by encouraging core values, recognizing contributions, and addressing off-brand behavior.
  • Build strong customer relationships to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Ensure optimal staffing by managing schedules, handling shift changes, and adjusting as needed.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of retail management experience.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional shifts at other locations.
  • Physically capable of bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Knowledgeable about industry trends and committed to staying updated.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using apps and following industry-related blogs.
  • A situational leader who remains positive and professional while prioritizing team and customer needs.
  • A brand ambassador who upholds and promotes company core values.
