Responsibilities:- Lead and support the Assistant Manager and store team by coaching, developing, and holding them accountable to sales and productivity goals.
- Delegate tasks effectively to optimize productivity, strengthen the team, and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and adherence to FCB Store Standards.
- Utilize historical, current, and future data for proactive business planning to drive store and companywide success.
- Act as a liaison between store teams and leadership, collaborating with Buying, Marketing, and Operations to provide feedback and drive business impact.
- Partner with Marketing to enhance community outreach, build local markets, and increase brand awareness.
- Serve as an ambassador and coach for FCB's sales training program.
- Train and mentor Assistant Store Managers under a succession planning model to strengthen leadership development.
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging core values, recognizing contributions, and addressing off-brand behavior.
- Build strong customer relationships to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.
- Ensure optimal staffing by managing schedules, handling shift changes, and adjusting as needed.
Requirements:- 6+ years of retail management experience.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional shifts at other locations.
- Physically capable of bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends and committed to staying updated.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using apps and following industry-related blogs.
