Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team. As a Retail Store Manager at our company, you will oversee specific areas of the store, provide leadership, and ensure a positive and safe environment for customers and team members. The manager is also responsible for managing the entire store as the Manager on Duty, addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Lead and provide direction to all departments within the store
- Evaluate departmental performance and make operational decisions to maximize sales and profits
- Oversee operational processes and customer service levels
- Monitor and maintain the building, equipment, and fixtures
Qualifications: - Knowledge of store operations, receiving, asset control, maintenance, human resources, and cash office procedures
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and management experience preferred
- Open shift availability required
- At least 18 years of age
Job Conditions: - Requires moving about frequently on hard surfaces and occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds
- Located in a comfortable indoor area with frequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
