Job Responsibilities

Lead by example in promoting safety processes and requirements
Promote inclusion, diversity, and mutual respect among team members
Create a positive work environment through team-building activities
Reward and recognize outstanding performance while addressing underperformance
Conduct final interviews and make hiring decisions
Provide comprehensive onboarding and training for team members
Oversee and evaluate training to reduce turnover and control labor costs
Promote the development of diverse talent and identify candidates for leadership programs
Interact with customers, set goals, and implement action plans
Communicate strategic plans and ensure support from team leaders
Ensure accurate financial management and scheduling
