In the role of Retail Shoppers Manager, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs. You'll lead the process that supports our checkout experience and grocery delivery and pickup. Your primary focus will be on driving safety, ensuring quality of our online orders, and providing an excellent pickup experience. By monitoring key performance indicators and visual cues, you'll assess team performance and oversee daily operations for both E-Commerce and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service and hold Team Members accountable for customer experience.
- Set clear expectations for balancing in-store service with online order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer flow and assign tasks accordingly to meet customer needs efficiently.

- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in wet and cold conditions.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
