Compensation: $13.00/hr to $21.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Swing Shift, Tuesday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities: - Create exceptional experiences for customers by building relationships and utilizing training skills.
- Process sales efficiently in the POS system, ensuring accuracy with cash handling and scanning merchandise.
- Perform inspections for product quality and address any discrepancies with management.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and inform them about various store services.
- Help receive inventory shipments and maintain organized, stocked shelves while following product rotation procedures.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety by following procedures and reporting any safety issues.
- Participate in pricing changes and assist in inventory processes as required.
Qualifications: - 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a collaborative attitude.
- Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and proficiency with office equipment.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk continuously.
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and assist in pushing/pulling heavier items as necessary.
- Frequent climbing, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
