Key Role Details: - Ideal candidates should reside within 45 miles of the territory center.
- This is a salaried role with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
- Eligible candidates can select one of our Fleet Program options, including a company car with insurance and a gas card or an auto vehicle reimbursement program, allowing you to drive your own vehicle and receive reimbursement for business use.
- A monthly stipend for cell phone usage will be provided.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Selling, Negotiation, and Execution of Business Plans: Collaborate with key decision-makers and utilize analytical tools to create compelling sales narratives that drive business growth for both customers and Kellanova.
- Results-Driven Approach: Achieve key metrics including POS (Point of Sale) targets, maintain optimal call coverage, and uphold perfect shelf strategy.
- Relationship Building: Develop creative strategies to overcome challenges and perform successfully within the grocery landscape.
Qualifications Needed: - High school diploma or equivalent; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology skills.
- A knack for problem-solving, influencing others, and strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A valid driver's license is required, as this role involves driving a personal vehicle for business-related tasks. A clear driving record over the last 36 months is essential.
- Willingness to engage in long periods of walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation, and flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Compensation: The annual salary range is $62,000 - $65,000 based on location, experience, and skills, with additional discretionary bonuses available based on both company and individual performance.
