The Retail Sales and Operations Selling Supervisor is responsible for leading the performance of the sales/stock teams and operations for retail shops.

What you'll be doing: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Coaches the sales team to achieve daily sales goals
  • Maintain the proper standards on the selling floor and stockrooms
  • Lead by example in following Starboard Selling
  • Train team members in operational processes
Retail Sales & Store Operations:
  • Oversee receiving processes and merchandise
  • Manage inventory replenishment and maintain stockroom
  • Maintains supply inventory and places order as needed
  • Supports each boutique with event set up as needed
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure compliance with all operational standards, including timely store opening and
  • Communicates with sales team the policies related to asset protection and inventory
  • Report work-related incidents or illnesses
What we're looking for: QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in running sales floor and back-of-house operations leadership
  • Strong organizational skills for managing merchandise flow
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Proven ability to train and inspire teams
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Cross-cultural awareness and strong relationship management
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with problem-solving
  • Able to assess people and have a proven record of talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to act decisively and persist in the face of obstacles
  • Possess integrity and professional business standards
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Other:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and can lift, pull, and push boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store and storage rooms up to 55 using the appropriate safety equipment as required
  • Proficient English reading, writing and speaking skills
