In the position of Retail Sales Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing in-store merchandising support that meets the diverse needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and managing inventory to ensure optimal sales opportunities for both retailers and suppliers. Additionally, you will assist leadership with key tasks including reporting, training, and scheduling, and take part in onboarding new team members. About you: - Comfortable and friendly when interacting with customers and management
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to perform physical duties such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience is preferred
- Experience in leading and training teams
- Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to record work details post-shift
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated go-getter with a focus on action and results
- Ability to work independently while effectively building team relationships
