Join our team as a Retail Sales Manager where you will work closely with retail partners and account teams to grow our iconic brands. This position requires an onsite presence in retail stores during weekdays, Monday to Friday, within your designated territory.

Your Responsibilities will include: - Sales Execution and Negotiation: Collaborate with key decision-makers, using business intelligence and data analysis tools to develop effective sales strategies that drive growth.
- Results Orientation: Meet expected metrics such as POS budgets, call coverage, and best practices for product shelf placement.
- Relationship Building: Generate creative solutions to navigate challenges and enhance sales effectiveness in grocery settings.
What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent, with solid technology skills including Microsoft Office.
- Able to learn quickly, and possess strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of managing projects independently and achieving goals without continual supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
- This role entails regular driving and the ability to handle physical work, including lifting moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds), with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from $58,000 to $63,000, based on various factors such as location and experience, along with potential discretionary bonuses linked to performance.
