What You'll Be Doing

Designing and leading fun, engaging, and high-impact sales training programs from the ground up. ️ Coaching and mentoring new sales recruits-helping them build confidence, skill, and success. Identifying potential in people others might overlook and unlocking their best version. Running role-playing sessions, hands-on coaching, and real-world practice to boost skills. Analyzing sales performance and tweaking training approaches to keep improving. Creating a sales culture where learning is exciting, and growth is celebrated.

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

You LOVE coaching-seriously, nothing makes you happier than seeing someone "get it." You're patient, positive, and know how to build people up. You can spot potential in a new hire and bring out their inner sales superstar. You have 3+ years of experience in sales coaching, training, or leadership. SALARY:

Competitive Base Salary, plus opportunity for bonuses based on performance. UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS
