As a Retail Sales Lead Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with retail partners and account teams while driving sales growth for our delicious brands. This position is based onsite in retail stores and requires your presence Monday through Friday.

Operating within a warehouse delivery model, your objective is to become the preferred partner while helping families gain access to our top-tier products-further enhancing your knowledge and expanding your professional network. Role Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate should reside within 45 miles of the designated territory center.
  • This is a salaried position with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
  • You can choose one of our Fleet Program options:
    • Company Car with insurance and a gas card.
    • Auto Vehicle Reimbursement: reimbursements for business use of your own vehicle.
  • A monthly stipend for cell phone usage will be provided.
Your Key Activities:
  • Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans: Collaborate with key decision-makers, utilizing business intelligence and analytical tools to create impactful selling strategies that drive results for both your customers and Kellanova.
  • Drive Results: Achieve key performance metrics including POS (Point of Sale) budget adherence, call coverage, and maintaining an impeccable shelf strategy.
  • Building Relationships: Develop innovative solutions and ideas to navigate challenges and enhance selling opportunities in the grocery space.
We're Looking for Candidates Who:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exhibit learning agility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrate self-reliance by successfully managing projects from start to finish while consistently achieving goals independently.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • This is a driving position, requiring the use of a personal vehicle; therefore, a clean driving record with no significant violations in the last 36 months is necessary.
  • Be prepared for significant physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation, including possible extended hours on nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Compensation:

The annual salary range is between $63,000 and $70,000, varying based on factors like location, experience, and skill level. Additionally, discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance are also available.
