Retail Role Details: - If you are selected, your residence should be within 45 miles of the center of this territory.
- This position offers a competitive salary with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
- You can choose one of our Fleet Program options: a company car with insurance and a gas card or auto vehicle reimbursement, allowing personal vehicle use for business purposes.
- A monthly stipend for cell phone usage will be provided.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing: - Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans: You will partner with key decision-makers and leverage business intelligence data, including analytical tools like Excel and PowerPoint, to create compelling selling stories for your customers and Kellanova.
- Drive Results: You will be responsible for key metrics such as Point of Sale (POS) budget management, call coverage, and implementing perfect shelf strategies.
- Building Relationships: Employ creative and innovative ideas to navigate challenges in the grocery landscape successfully.
We're Looking for Someone With: - A high school diploma or equivalent, alongside fundamental skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- A capacity for learning, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proven capability to manage projects independently, achieving goals without constant supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- A valid driver's license; this role requires the use of a personal vehicle. Ensure your driving record is clear of significant charges and has no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, or lifting moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds). Extended work hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings, may be required.
Compensation: The annual salary range is between $58,000 - $63,000, depending on various factors such as location, experience, and skill level. You will also have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance.
