About Us:
Mystic Pool Service & Supplies is looking for energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who enjoy helping customers, selling great products, and earning commission. No prior pool industry experience needed-we'll train you. We also convert to a Halloween Store in September
What You'll Do:
Test water and troubleshoot common water balancing issues. Help customers find the right pool supplies & accessories. Sell products using sales techniques trained by the Retail Manager. Process transactions & maintain store organization. Learn product knowledge & offer recommendations to customers. Assist with stocking, inventory, and store cleanliness.
What We're Looking For:
️ Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales. ️ Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques. ️ Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ️ Strong verbal communication skills.
