The Role
We are seeking a Retail Sales & Education Manager to join our Retail and Education team based in the Greater London area. This role involves managing our flagship sites in Greater London and Ireland to deliver an exceptional NEOM customer experience, supporting business growth and commercial development.
Reporting to the Senior Retail and Education Manager, you will work with the retail and education team to develop and execute a strategic commercial plan for our Wellbeing Hubs (WBH) and Department Store Counters, focusing on targets, margins, contribution, and budgets with sustainability in mind.
This role requires ensuring our NEOM values, messaging, visual merchandising, and customer and employee experiences are delivered and exceeded.
We prefer candidates based in the Greater London area for ease of commute and who are willing to travel to Ireland regularly. The position involves frequent site visits in London and Ireland, so comfort with travel is essential.

What You Will Do
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities across WBHs and Counters, ensuring KPIs and targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead and motivate retail teams both remotely and through regular site visits in London and Ireland.
- Identify training opportunities and implement coaching and development plans.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to enhance customer experience.
- Empower Store and Counter Managers to make informed commercial decisions.
- Create a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Recruit and retain suitable team members to meet strategic objectives.
- Enhance customer experience through feedback, reviews, and strategy meetings.
- Support WBH and Department Counter Managers in event and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits for performance assessment and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of retail management experience.
- Previous people management experience.
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Ambitious sales-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
- High energy, passion, and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Confident, engaging, and authoritative communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiation, persuasion, and mediation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders.
