As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored recommendations. Job duties involve interaction with customers, including minors, and may include access to cash and electronic payment methods, personal information, store merchandise, and valuable items, which may be supervised or unsupervised. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and offering suitable products and services.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience in selling paint or related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
