Your Role: Part-Time, Hourly Position
As a Sales Associate, you'll have the exciting opportunity to discover customers' needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be the friendly face welcoming customers and providing expert advice on our products. When not assisting customers, you will help with restocking, merchandising, fulfilling online orders, and maintaining store cleanliness. You'll represent the GNC brand and promote our essential message to all who enter.
- Greet and welcome every customer warmly, creating a friendly shopping environment.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable product recommendations based on your knowledge.
- Aim to meet or exceed store and personal sales goals.
- Accurately fulfill online orders in a timely manner.
- Enhance your product knowledge through ongoing training on the benefits, features, and latest nutritional insights.
- Assist store management with daily operations including cash handling, inventory counts, and store appearance.
Work Environment & Schedule: - Stand or walk for up to eight hours each day.
- Engage in frequent reaching, bending, and twisting motions.
- Use your hands and arms for repetitive motions and lifting (up to 20 lbs regularly; 40 lbs occasionally).
- May need to climb ladders and maintain good reachability.
- Work in temperatures between 50 - 85 degrees, particularly in stock areas.
- Utilize a computer for up to 60% of your day.
Sales Associates demonstrate reliability and flexibility by being available for varied hours, especially during:
- Evenings or mornings for store opening and closing.
- Key peak times, including weekends.
- Major U.S. holidays when the store is open.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive base pay of $12.41 per hour, with opportunities to supplement your income through our Individual Sales Incentive Plan. Compensation may vary based on local wage laws and individual qualifications, providing flexibility and growth potential as you develop in your role.
