Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in assigned Lowe's stores by executing effective sales and marketing strategies, providing training activities, and ensuring excellent customer service and merchandising. You will oversee approximately 4 stores, with the potential to manage between 3 to 5 stores based on store volume and geography.

This role involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and access to sensitive items. To maintain a safe environment for everyone, a criminal history review will be conducted prior to employment.

Your Role Involves: - Sales: Build solid relationships with store staff and management, promote our brand, utilize CRM systems to track engagements, and organize events to drive product awareness.
- Training: Conduct product knowledge training, sales techniques, and merchandising standards for Lowe's associates to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Service: Assist with paint mixing and ensure our products are well-stocked and displayed. Respond to product inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards, including signage and color displays, and order necessary materials to keep inventory stocked.
- Additional Duties: Manage budgets, assist fellow Sales Representatives, attend training and meetings, and complete necessary documentation on time.
Qualifications: - High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including up to 9 Saturdays per year.
- Valid driver's license and strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Experience in merchandising and P&L management is an advantage.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing.
- Work in varying environments ranging from indoor to outdoor settings, with exposure to heat and cold.
- Comfortable working with paint and possible use of a respirator.
