Elements Massage-Woodridge

The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for the reception area and overall seamless daily operations of the studio. We are a membership-based business and your role as a Sales Associate is to inform and sell our Wellness membership.

This is a permanent part-time role with the possibility of increased hours and advancement opportunities.

Applicants must be available to work any SHIFT, including weekends. The studio is open 7 days a week.
  • Provide top-level customer service to all guests
  • Properly open or close the studio according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Accurately schedule, change and cancel appointments.
  • Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves.
  • Actively promote services, enhancements, membership, and retail promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of services, enhancements, retail products, appointment cancellation policy
  • Utilize computers with skill and proficiency and only for business purposes.
  • Handle guest/client questions and concerns professionally and courteously, ensuring top-level communication.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and timely responses to all requests
  • Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized studio including front of house and back of house areas.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy workplace.
  • Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings.
  • Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
  • Be on time for all SHIFTS -candidates must have a proven track record of on-time performance

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or business is a plus.
  • Previous spa experience in customer service, membership sales, retail sales or front desk roles is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications.
  • A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Driver's License, reliable transportation
  • References will be required as part of our selection process
