Responsibilities- Guide clients through our wellness membership options using a proven sales process
- Connect authentically with new and returning clients - listening is key.
- Turn any customer concerns into moments of exceptional service
- Support overall studio success through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork
- Upsell service enhancements and encourage long-term relationships through membership sales
Qualifications- Experience in retail sales, especially selling memberships or in-person services
- Background in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments is a big plus.
- Comfortable using modern POS/scheduling systems (don't worry - we'll train you.)
- A positive, proactive team player who takes pride in creating a welcoming space for both clients and coworkers
