About the Role: As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate for our clients, you will be the face of their brand, helping customers find the best solutions for their connectivity and technology needs. You will engage with diverse clientele, leveraging your language skills to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services (e.g., mobile, internet, TV, smart home solutions).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for various products and services.
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication).
