What You'll Do
Lead, train, and inspire a team in a dynamic, high-traffic retail setting
Own the entire sales process for apparel, riding gear, parts & accessories
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and team performance metrics
Develop creative displays and use data to drive sales
Collaborate across departments for a seamless customer experience
Take full ownership of department success and profitability

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of retail and team leadership experience required

• Goal-driven and excited by uncapped earnings

• Passionate about customer service and team development

• Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication

• Charismatic, coachable, and motivated to build a business

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Work is performed in a retail and dealership showroom setting
Constantly communicate with customers and team members
Frequently stand, walk, and move around the showroom
Occasionally lift and adjust objects up to 25 pounds
Must be able to assess product displays and maintain store appearance
