Your role will encompass overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and coordinating exciting in-store events at our new store on the Square in Oxford, Mississippi.
As a key figure in our retail environment, you will leverage your customer service expertise to create an extraordinary shopping experience, ensuring every customer leaves ready for their next adventure.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Foster authentic connections with customers through every interaction.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing in-depth knowledge of the Tom Beckbe product line.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the customer service team with returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the corporate inventory team to forecast future needs.
- Assist retail directors in training and recruiting retail associates.
- Help plan and execute engaging in-store events.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in a customer service, retail, or apparel setting is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, sales, and customer engagement skills.
- A High School Diploma is required; a College Degree is preferred.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- Must be independent, detail-oriented, and exhibit a proactive work ethic.
