Job Description Pilot Flying J is searching for a dedicated Retail Operations Manager to lead our busy retail facilities. In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of business plans for our travel center and restaurant operations, focusing on achieving sales, profit objectives, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting customer expectations consistently
- Conducting regular team meetings with your staff
- Establishing and nurturing strong vendor relationships
- Building, coaching, managing, and developing effective teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training initiatives
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth
- Overseeing team performance
- Inventory management
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Conducting financial performance analysis (P&L)
Compensation starts at $48,900.00 and can go up to $72,750.00 per year.
Qualifications To excel as a Retail Operations Manager, you must demonstrate integrity and accountability while showcasing strong leadership qualities. A flexible schedule is essential, including availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Additional requirements include:
- 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industries with a focus on financial results
