Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Assistant Manager to lead our high-volume retail facilities. In this role, you will drive the implementation of business strategies to meet set standards, achieve sales and profit goals, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service experiences
  • Conducting team meetings to align goals
  • Fostering strong vendor relationships
As the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you will play an essential role in coaching, managing, and developing your team through effective staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training practices.

Additional duties will include:
  • Driving sales growth
  • Managing team performance
  • Overseeing inventory tracking
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Conducting profit and loss analysis
Compensation:

Starting pay ranges from $51,000.00 to $73,910.00 per year.

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you must demonstrate integrity, accountability, and strong leadership capabilities. A flexible working schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Additional qualifications include:
  • 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry, with a focus on financial outcomes
  • Previous experience managing high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
  • Ability to cultivate a customer-centric culture
